Per the Freedom of Information Act (Govt. Code 5 U.S.C. § 552(m) , I am writing to request the following information from your office for the following period.
- All documents, contracts, purchase order, quotations, staff reports and correspondence relating to purchasing or inquiries about purchasing software that monitors user accounts on any or all social media platforms. This request is inclusive of all forms of written documentation relating to the purchase, plans to purchase, and recommendations to purchase or not to purchase. The word “purchase” also refers to leases, licenses and trial usage periods.
- This request covers the period of January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2022
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes. In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request be filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or by DVD or CD-ROM if not.
